The Standard Dinkytown
Marcy Holmes - approved
The Standard Dinkytown is the latest in student housing near the University of Minnesota. This 17-story, 304-unit building will turn 10 parcels into one big new student housing building.
The S-shaped tower received variances for two things: bigger patios and smaller setbacks.
